Show this yesterday spray painted to a wall. It’s on quite a busy wee path between Kelvingrove tube station and Gibson Street. It got me thinking who wrote it, why and who is it meant for? Me? You? What do you think?
I imagine someone has to walk that route everyday. They may not know that it was written for them but it gives a great pleasure to the artist.
I dunno. But I can’t imagine a better use for pink paint.

very interesting…hmmm…wonder who it’s aimed at. You are probably right…regardless of whether or not the person it’s aimed at knows it’s for them, the artist probably walked away with great satisfaction having put the message there for them to see….every….day.
interesting….your pictures always get me thinking and make me smile. Thanks!
This reminds me of a piece of graffiti I saw over the weekend, on a wall in Brunswick Street, Fitzroy; a once bohemian part of Melbourne now overrun with expensive boutiques. It read “Go back to the suburbs, white trash. Yes I mean you!”
I guess that meant me.
And then there’s the thought - does the graffitist trust anyone? That this a perhaps a universaly intended lack of trust directed at the plural “you” meaning everyone other than the writer?
I like the pink. It shows up nicely on the medium grey background.
