And The Word Is

After a frank and full discussion with Steph and Lisa it has been fully determined that I am a loser. I now know. I think it’s because of Habbo Hotel and the fact that I have a wee guy on it. He can dance, he can dance!

I’m no Despot!

If you read Marc’s blog it sounds like I am. Bloody dancefloor developers….

Exciting times here at bm. Waiting to hear if we won a pitch, researching the used car, flat letting and airline markets as well as looking at some nice work done by the team here in the bm wing.

We did a quick bit of work for the Glasgow Film Office, a little micro site for a new film that was showing at Canne. Have a look at the Red Road movie microsite.
Little known fact about the Red Road flats. I lost my virginity there. I can assure you that the film has nothing to do with that historic and slightly bumbling event.

I’ve said enough I think. Is it any wonder I’m such a hit with the ladies? Talking of which…

Currently we have the ‘Whiteboard Question of the Week’ in the office which Jamie is in charge of. This week’s burning question is….

Does the chat up line, “I like your shoes” work?

So far Marc, who states that the line is a winner, is pulling ahead with three yeas to one nay. Thoughts? You can influence the vote!

Watership Down

I have no idea why this is here. I have no context for it. But somehow the combo of rabbits and biscuits is hilarious. The Internet holds all.

Oh My

A top, top quality night at the Glasgow Chamber of Commerce networking event at the Sports Cafe. The speaker, Kenny Clark, was very funny and the ight s good. It was my first networking event for hile and I enjoyed it. When I was actively doing them before it was frustrating as it seemed that every third person you met was in ‘web design’.

Thankfully it was just wee me last night. Met some cool people and then went for a wee beer with some nice people from A&M Vehicle Finance. It was hilarious.

My head’s a bit fuzzy today though…

House Keeping

We’ve been tidying up a few things on the biscuitmedia website such as changing the home page, adding news and adding clients to the client list.

As well as that we’ve been adding blog pages to website reflecting that we’ve new members on the team. Their blogs can be viewed on my blog roll (hate that term) to the left.

And I updated my blog too. Spring in the air and all that. The weather here in Glasgow has been amazing and couldn’t ask to be in a better place.

We’re crazy here at work, we’ve been pitching for some very, very cool new work as well as working on finishing some stuff. Marc and I have been coming to creative blows in the specification of a new application for a new client. It’s all good.

Hopefully we’ll be able to show you all the cool stuff we’ve been doing soon.

Tomorrow I’m off to a networking event in Glasgow. It’s the first one I’ve been to in about  a year and I’m looking forward to it. I’ve got a good wee networking lunch next week too. It’s part of my spring resolutions to get back into all that caper.

Off home.

Bang, bang, awww, awww

This is just cool and a bit freaky at the same time. My world has been crying out for the combination of guns and teddy bears. It could be a bloodbath.

Not in

Currently obssesed with Animal Crossing: Wild World on my DS. It’s eating my life up and my hugely expensive 360 sits feeling unloved. Poor soul.

If you want to venture over to Sweeters (my town in AC:WW) then you’ll need my friends code which is 459631174449. Add yours below. Freckles is going around my town saying ‘Ya Pump’ to everyone he meets, the wee scamp.

Bless.

Pity the Fool

Mr T is getting the ultimate accolade: his own reality TV show. I can’t wait.

May has arrived and it’s one of my favourite times of year. Happy memories of Mayfest in Glasgow, working at the Tron Theatre, doing great shows and taking full advantage of late night drinking and the Mayfest club. All good memories.

Work is crazy, will talk more. Did have a great night on Friday with folk, hilarious. ” I have no thumbs, see?” still makes me laugh.

Roll on May!
