Other Side of the Pillow

I suppose it had to happen. After the huge boom in Internet Dating a number of websites have sprung up warning people of date dates. Sites like dontdatehimgirl.com, ManHater.com and others are starting to appear to give those datig o-lie the chance to do a credit check on a potential date.
I wonder how long we’re going to have to wait until the first lawsuits appear…

I Like This

It’s soooo cool, I’m loving the new French Connection ad. It is obssessing me. It’s very cool that they’ve dropped the whole FCUK branding and come up with some really nice work. Good stuff, good stuff.

The Future is Now

Marc. the original dance floor developer, has been given his first blog. I have no idea what he’ll write about. A lot of stuff goes on in his head ad who knows what will pop out.

It will be interesting, no doubt. If you do go shield your eyes…

Go see Marc, high priest of the dance floor, the Duke of Development.

The Past Returns…

The First Tron WebsiteThis is nasty. We found the archive.org website and we started to look through all our yesterdays. I then found an image of my very first website I did for the Tron Theatre in Glasgow. Oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear.

Interesting though just to go through the past and see the terrible bevels, drop shadows and background images that I poured blood, sweat and tears into all those years ago.

You can see that nightmare and other info at archive.org. I’m still blushing. See what we’ve done to the best Glasgow theatre and restaurant 10 years later…

Oh My

Last night’s Xbox 360 night went well. The room at Stereo Stereo is amazing, we had the Xbox on Hi Def and playing on a audio visual system worth £100k. It was highly, highly impressive. I got my presentation across, we drank some beer and played some games.

The main game that got the ‘wow’ factor was Fight Night 3 were Marc got his mojo on.

Thanks to all that attended and to Stereo Stereo for the fantastic audio visual experience.

Cast

biscuitmedia and our clients were podcasting before we had pods. We called it casting. Or something.

It’s not Geeky

Well it might be. Next week I’m doing a presentation for Biscuit/GRP on the Xbox 360 at the very cool Stereo Stereo.

Looking forward to showing of the capabilities of the 360 and it’ll be the first time that I’ll have seen the 360 on a hugh HDTV screen.

It’s going to be a very cool night.
